Duties:
-Support billing operations for key products, acting as a key resource to account managers; ensuring customer payments are applied, monitored, and reported accurately and timely
-Developing Salesforce reporting to meet the needs of internal users and customers
-Reconciliations between different financial systems – Sage, Salesforce, Teampay, Tripactions, Justworks, Paychex, Expensify, Tableau
-Journal entries and account reconciliations to support the month-end close process
-Revenue and payroll accounting, including benefits and equity compensation
-Supporting tax filings and external audits
Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. CPA a plus 5+ years of accounting experience; B2B SaaS industry preferred
-Accounts receivable experience
-Understanding of ASC606 revenue recognition
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
-Experience in Sage Intacct and Salesforce CPQ & Billing, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
-Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical stills; able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Engaging personality and optimistic outlook
-Experience developing and implementing internal systems
